From the very first listen of Wir sind da., rough textures of jazz trio da. conjured up a coarse, radical, almost “dirty” object.
As the label DKLK Records only releases very limited series, it was the perfect opportunity to go ahead and transform our workshop in a lab.
The pockets are dipped in a natural coating imitating tar, developed especially for us by Secrets d’Atelier. Each copy is made unique by this artisanal process.
All 300 discs create a random rhythm, like the abstract score of an improvised piece.
