A long-due initiative finally arrises: a label awarding Swiss restaurants that actually cook on location, without using oven-ready dishes or transformed ingredients. The Label Fait Maison valorizes know-how and tackles standarized tastes.

For the association, the first issue was to find restaurants interested in being awarded the label.
The target of 50 registrations for the first year was reached within a month after the launch.
Today, the directory counts more than 300 addresses in Western Switzerland and is opening to the other linguistic regions.
